Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how CodeFlight, Inc. collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use our website, application, APIs, integrations, and AI-assisted software delivery tools.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, account details, company details, support messages, billing-related details, and content you submit through CodeFlight workflows.

When you connect third-party services, we may process repository names, GitHub account details, installation identifiers, pull request metadata, coding-agent task data, deployment metadata, API keys or tokens you choose to provide, and related configuration needed to operate those integrations.

We also collect technical information such as device and browser details, IP address, log data, pages viewed, feature usage, cookie identifiers, and diagnostic data that helps us secure, debug, and improve the service.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide CodeFlight, authenticate users, connect repositories and coding agents, generate and edit workflow documents, coordinate implementation tasks, show activity and deployment status, respond to support requests, and maintain service reliability.

We may also use information to improve product quality, monitor security, prevent abuse, analyze usage, communicate service updates, send administrative messages, and, where permitted, send product or marketing communications.

3. AI-Assisted Workflows

CodeFlight may process requirements, specifications, plans, code context, prompts, task instructions, provider responses, and related documents to support AI-assisted software delivery workflows.

You are responsible for deciding what content to submit. Do not submit secrets, regulated personal information, or confidential third-party data unless you have the right to do so and the workflow is appropriate for that information.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, protect the service, understand feature usage, and improve the website and application.

If we use analytics, advertising, or other optional tracking technologies, we will use them in line with this policy and applicable choices made available in the service.

5. How We Share Information

We share information with service providers and integration partners that help us operate CodeFlight, such as hosting providers, payment processors, analytics providers, customer support tools, GitHub, coding-agent providers, deployment platforms, and infrastructure vendors.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect CodeFlight, Inc. and our users, to prevent abuse or security incidents, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information for money. If future product changes create additional privacy choices, we will update this policy and provide the required controls.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the security and integrity of CodeFlight.

Retention periods may vary based on account status, repository settings, integration state, billing needs, support history, security requirements, and whether information is stored in connected third-party services.

7. Your Choices

You may update account information, disconnect integrations, delete or rotate credentials, unsubscribe from marketing communications where available, and contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other handling of your personal information.

Some information may remain where retention is necessary for security, legal compliance, billing, dispute resolution, backup integrity, or legitimate business records.

8. California and Other Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and how privacy laws apply to CodeFlight, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, port, or limit certain uses of personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising activities.

To exercise privacy rights, contact us at contact@codeflight.ai. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

9. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, least-privilege practices, logging, encryption where appropriate, and review of sensitive integration flows.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. You should protect your account credentials, use appropriate repository permissions, and avoid submitting unnecessary secrets or sensitive personal information.

10. International Processing

CodeFlight, Inc. is a United States company. We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

When required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border processing and transfers.

11. Children's Privacy

CodeFlight is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to CodeFlight, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the service, email, or another appropriate channel.

Your continued use of CodeFlight after an updated policy takes effect means the updated policy applies to your use of the service.
