Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2, 2026

These terms govern your access to and use of CodeFlight, including the website, application, APIs, workflow tools, integrations, and AI-assisted software delivery features provided by CodeFlight, Inc.

1. Accounts

Some parts of CodeFlight require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for safeguarding account credentials, and for activity that happens through your account.

You must be able to form a binding agreement to use the service. If you use CodeFlight for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

2. Access to the Service

CodeFlight grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access and use the service for lawful software delivery work under these terms.

You may not resell the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass security controls, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use CodeFlight to build or train a competing service without written permission.

3. User Content and AI Output

You keep ownership of requirements, prompts, repository context, documents, code, and other content you submit to CodeFlight. You grant CodeFlight the rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content so the service can operate.

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, non-unique, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, merging it, deploying it, or sharing it with others.

4. Paid Services

If paid plans are available, you agree to provide accurate billing information and pay the fees, taxes, and charges associated with the plan you select.

Subscription changes, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to the plan terms shown when you purchase or update a paid service.

5. Third-Party Services

CodeFlight may connect with third-party systems such as GitHub, coding-agent providers, deployment platforms, and infrastructure services. Your use of those systems remains subject to their own terms and settings.

CodeFlight is not responsible for third-party services, outages, content, permissions, repository settings, or actions taken outside CodeFlight.

6. Disclaimers

CodeFlight is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, CodeFlight, Inc. disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy.

We do not guarantee that the service or any AI output will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, current, or free from harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, CodeFlight, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or substitute services.

Any liability that cannot be excluded will be limited to the amount you paid for CodeFlight during the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars if you did not pay for the service.

8. High-Risk Use

CodeFlight is designed for software delivery workflows. It is not intended for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, emergency, or other high-risk decisions where failure could cause serious harm.

If you use CodeFlight output in high-risk or regulated contexts, you are responsible for human review, validation, safeguards, and compliance with applicable laws.

9. Termination

You may stop using CodeFlight at any time. CodeFlight, Inc. may suspend or terminate access if we believe these terms have been violated, the service is being abused, or continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, payment obligations, and dispute-related terms.

10. Copyright

CodeFlight respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content available through the service infringes your copyright, contact us with enough detail to identify the work, the allegedly infringing material, and how to reach you.

Users must not submit content they do not have the right to use, and repeated infringement may result in account restrictions or termination.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the service, email, or another appropriate channel.

Your continued use of CodeFlight after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Terms and Contact

These terms are the agreement between you and CodeFlight, Inc. for use of the service. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.

Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@codeflight.ai.
